Ultraviolet light Intensity measurement
Jelight offers wide range of instruments to measure ultraviolet intensity/radiation. Our portable hand held units are battery operated, lightweight and different types of probes can be purchased separately to meet specific measuring application.
Model:
JX11
|
The JX11 optometer is a universally applicable measuring instrument for photometric, radiometric and luminous color quantities in combination with the appropriate detector heads. USB interface equipped. The JX11 can be operated with several detector heads. In order for the meter to display the measured values of the detector in absolute quantities, the meter must be 'told' which detector is connected to it. The calibration correction data of the detector head(s) ordered together with the meter is stored in the meter at the factory. The menu mode (see section 1.8) is used to select the correct factor in the JX11. If the detector head was calibrated with removable accessories, the appropriate calibration for the detector head with the selected accessory must be activated. If the detector head calibration includes a data table of its wavelength dependent sensitivity, the wavelength to be measured must be selected.

JP9710
|
The JP9710 Optometer is an efficient single-channel instrument designed for multipurpose use in any photometric and radiometric application. In spite of its compact size it offers many high-level features with sixteen different measurement modes. These functions and portability enable the P-9710 to be characterized as both a laboratory grade instrument and a field service meter. A special feature of the P-9710 is its detector head calibration data coupler. All data pertaining to a detector including the model and serial number are stored in the coupler. When connected to the optometer, this data is automatically transmitted and the system is ready to go. This guarantees faultless handling of the instrument when used with any number of different sensing heads.
The JP9710's wide measurement range of 0.1 pA to 2 mA covers the dynamic range of most current semiconductor photodiodes for nearly unrestricted use in any light measurement application. The relative accuracy throughout this range is = 0.2 %. Another key feature of the JP9710 is its adjustable integrating time which allows it to function as a fast data logger with a short sampling rate. The JP9710 can measure both instantaneous signal and accumulated energy (dose). The unit's many functional modes of operation are selected using a clearly built-up menu accessed using the front panel buttons.
A bi-directional RS232 serial interface al-lows external remote control. Optional Windows based software is available for a quick turn-key solution or user can write his own program using the complete command set supplied.
Factory programmed calibration factors can be changed with the OS CAL software. This allows calibration labs and industrial processes employing in-house calibration standards to self calibrate the unit with one or multiple factors.

Manual or remote-controlled triggering of the time frame adjustable up to a maximum of six seconds. Offset compensation setting of static ambient light. Ratio relative(%): Displays reading in reference to a pre-set value in percent. Attenuation (logarithm): Displays reading in reference to a pre-set or reference value in dB or dBm. Ratio (factor): Displays reading as a factor of a preset value. Hold: Current reading is 'frozen' by pressing 'stop' button. Readings resume by pressing 'run'. CW Level Check: Checks the measured CW value against stored preset lower and upper limit values. Display indicates whether value is within, above or below limits. Useful in remote control applications (RS232) and in combination with the optional I/O relay board. Dose (C): Totals the measured values and displays result as a dose reading. Logger (x): Stores the measured values at preset chronological times (sampling rate). Remote (RS232): Allows remote control of the device using a PC. Default Ini: Resets all parameters to the default condition.

JL390B
|
The JL390B is intended for on-line production environment exposure integration measurements. One button control and direct readout in milliJoules/cm2 allow accurate measurements to be made by non-technical personnel. The JL290 offers these same features, with a spectral responsivity in the deep UV for short wavelength curing processes. The low profile (12.7 mm high) of the “Light Bug†design makes it small enough to fit in almost all UV curing ovens, and has been ruggedly designed to withstand this hostile environment as well as the abuse associated with conveyor delivery system.
