With a complete fabrication facility located in Southern California and continuous investing and reinvesting in the Quartz capabilities, Jelight has become an approved supplier to many of the OEMs and End-Users alike, internationally and nationwide.

Jelight's glassblowing team has over 150 years of combined glassblowing experience in the Semiconductor Industry. We invest heavily in machining, fabrication and inspection equipment that enable us to maintain exact tolerances and produce the highest quality products in a timely manner. Some of the equipment is 24” Bore Lathe (capable to handle tubing up to 600mm,) HAAS VF-3 AND VF-4 CNC mills, Bridgeport mills, MPC-5 Comparator, Polarscope, etc. We are capable of machining our own solid Quartz from Ingots, core drilling, grinding, polishing and CNC machining.
Our team of knowledgeable engineers can provide industry partners with Design, R&D and Prototyping support. Besides fabricating complete 1-600mm product lines, we offer CAD/CAM Reverse Engineering, full technical/engineering and refurbishment support to our customers. Most commonly repaired Quartz products are 200 and 300mm Insulators/Pedestals, and 200 and 300mm Bell Jars.
We specialize in 150-300mm Quartz Products and the most commonly manufactured are within a wide range of semiconductor grade products for Single Wafer Applications, such as Bell Jars, Insulators/Pedestals, Cover Plates, Windows, Upper/Lower Domes, Upper/Lower Chamber Liner, Focus and Shadow Rings, Wafer Susceptor Shafts, Gas Distribution Plates (GDP), Baffles, Shields, Rings, etc; and for Vertical and Horizontal Diffusion Furnace Equipment, which include Double-wall Process tubes, Inner/Outer tubes, Liners, Carriers/Boats, Pedestals/Baffles, Torches, Chambers/Injectors, Nozzles, Caps, Plates, etc.
Jelight has developed a first class Quality Assurance team, Inspection facility and has the finest measuring equipment available, including a Brown & Sharp CMM. This ensures Jelight's products are manufactured according to the tolerance specifications required for today's automation. Our unique design of Quartz Ring Burners & Torches allows purity levels of Quartz to be maintained and greatly reduces a possibility of metal contamination during fabrication. For each product, Final Inspection Report, Helium Leak Testing, and Certificate of Conformance are provided to guarantee dimensional accuracy.
